Prof. Amitav Mallik
Professor Amitav Mallik has been a research scientist in the Ministry of Defence since 1966 and he was among the first in India to develop indigenous Laser technology for defence applications.

Mr. Satish Pradhan
Mr. Satish Pradhan retired as Advisor to Tata Sons Ltd, based in Pune, India. He has worked for over a decade as the Executive Vice President Group Human resources for the Tata Group before that. He was worked extensively in all the areas of Human Resources and held Senior and Executive responsibilities for the last three decades in India and the UK.

Dr. Sanjay Upadhye
Dr. Sanjay Upadhye is a remarkably versatile teacher and artist. After a long service of 16 years with the Canara bank, he pursued his passion for writing and theater through children’s poetry, writing scripts for popular Marathi serials and movies and even directing large-scale plays.

Dr. Archana Sudame
Archana Sudame is a doctorate in environmental biotechnology from the Rutgers University, USA (2002). She is a master teacher with a solid teaching experience of small and large classes in subjects like Plant science, Environmental Science, Microbiology, and Biotechnology.

Nithya Shanti
Nithya is a spiritual educator, trainer and writer committed to sharing transformational principles and practices for true happiness with individuals, corporations, and global institutions. Previously, he studied business management at XLRI, Jamshedpur and then worked in the field of Human Resources and Corporate Strategy.

Shirin is the Research Director and Co-founder of Council for Creative Education (CCE) Finland. She is an entrepreneur, researcher and teacher trainer par excellence and a fantastic writer in the field of creativity in education and educational psychology.

Namita Joshi
Namita is a Psychology graduate, with a Masters in Education & Democracy (2008), UK and a Masters in Public Policy (2016). She has been a passionate student of Graphology since 2002 and has earned international experience in the subject through her memberships and networks with the British Institute of Graphologists and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Niranjan Pandit
Niranjan is an E&Tc engineer, who went on to complete his education in Chartered Accountancy (CA). Staying true to his calling, he also later pursued and completed his studies and training in counseling. Gifted with the rare combination of a highly creative and technical mind, Niranjan has a natural talent for analytical thinking, counseling, coaching and creative content generation.

Ninad Katdare
Ninad is an Architecture graduate, with a Masters degree in Urban design from the UK. Travel is his first love and his deep interest in architecture has led him to conduct various research projects in countries like Africa, Nepal, Malaysia and France. He has worked with UNESCO on a live project in Zanzibar and has also presented his findings at a workshop organised by Les Ateliers (Paris).

Ria Bhandari
Ria is a Psychology undergraduate student at Fergusson College Pune. She joined Aatman in 2016 and has dedicated herself to working for Aatman since then. She is extremely passionate about Psychology and is actively pursuing internships and volunteering within this space.

Madhura Panse
Madhura is a Microbiology graduate with a post-graduate degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. Her innate curiosity about life's functionality drove her to pursue and complete her doctorate in Germany, where she specialised in understanding the mechanisms involved in the development of type-2 diabetes.

Sonal Diwanay
Sonal is a microbiology post graduate with a concrete research background of about 6 years. She has completed substantial research projects with reputed autonomous institutes and also carried out projects in collaboration with prominent MNCs. A published researcher, she is currently working in the field of molecular diagnostics.

Sanjana Edwankar
Sanjana is a psychology graduate and holds a postgraduate diploma in counselling psychology. She has a great interest in forensic psychology and carries a sound know-how of the field as well. She works with NGOs and government schools as a school counselor and cares deeply about working with children who have minimal access to well-being initiatives. She is always excited to explore and learn different therapies and enjoys applying her quirky creativity on the job.
